Does Translantik handle multiple users?

Yes. Once you subscribe to Translantik, you will receive the credentials of your administrative account (link, username and administrator password). You can then add unlimited users to the platform in the configuration menu, the system will automatically create your account details. As an administrator, you will grant each user access access only to authorized menus and functions.
For security reasons, we recommend that you access only a limited number of employees.

Do I need to download Translantik software?

No, Translantik is completely cloud based. All you need to access is the internet and a web browser. With your Translantik account, you can connect anywhere via desktops, smartphones or tablets, as long as they are connected to the Internet.
